What are your office hours?

Sunday 9am–6pm, Monday through Wednesday 9am–7pm. All sessions are conducted online across California.

What are your fees?

Individual therapy: $175 per 50-minute session. Family therapy: $225 per 90-minute session. Group therapy: $60 per 90-minute session.

Do you take insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide a Superbill so you can request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer.

How does a Superbill work?

A Superbill is an itemized receipt with the codes your insurance needs. You submit it to your insurance company, and if you have out-of-network mental health benefits they reimburse you directly. Many of our clients are reimbursed 50–80%.

How long will treatment take?

Many clients notice meaningful improvement in as few as 3–5 sessions. Longer-term work is also common when there is more to unpack.

What should I prepare for my first session?

Just yourself, somewhere private, and an honest description of what's been going on. There's no homework or paperwork beyond standard intake forms.
