What are your office hours?

Sunday 10am-6pm

What are your fees?

Individual (one on one) $185/ 50 mins
Couples $250/ 90 mins
Family $250/ 90 mins
Group $60/ 90 mins

For the initial intake session, I require that we meet online for 50 minutes. Then afterwards we can discuss what option you’d like to choose from. Phone and online counseling are viable options for individuals who are not in need of intensive and emergent support. Please contact me if you have any questions on whether or not phone and/or online counseling sessions is right for you.

Do you take insurance?

I do not directly work with insurance companies at this time. I am happy to provide you with a detailed receipt for service, called a Superbill as some plans may provide partial reimbursement for OON (Out-of-Network) services. Please consult your insurance carrier for more details about your specific health care plan. All payments are due prior to each session.

Do you offer sliding scale?

Yes I do. I keep a few slots open for those who are faced with financial challenges. Feel free to contact me to further discuss this if it pertains to your situation.

How long will treatment take? How fast can I see results?

It can take as little as 3-5 sessions to notice improvement or upwards of 12 sessions or more. It all depends on your goals, commitment to the therpuetic process, and severity of the issue. It’s difficult to predict in advanced how many sessions you need since everyone’s needs and goals are different. But my goal is to teach you how to be your own therapist so we can make treatment as short and effective as possible.

Why do you only see clients in California?

Licensed therapists/counselors are only allowed to practice in the state(s) in which they are licensed. Currently I am only licensed in the state of California. If there is a growing need of my services outside of California, I might consider being licensed in another state.
